All orders are dispatched directly from our UK studio. Unlike many K-beauty retailers shipping from overseas, your order does not pass through international customs or overseas transit — so there are no import delays or unexpected import charges.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent via Royal Mail for fast and reliable UK delivery. We currently deliver within the UK only. A minimum order value of £30 applies, with complimentary UK delivery on eligible orders.

For online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions. For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed bath, body and skincare products may not be eligible for return once the hygiene seal has been broken, unless faulty.
